Material testing-
The testing of produced ranges of forged fittings is mandatorily conducted to make sure
that only superior quality of product fabrication is done. Hardness test, flattening
test, mechanical test, flaring test, chemical test, positive material identification
test, intergranular corrosion test, pitting resistance tests are done.
Documenting-
The documents are offered like fumigation certificate, commercial invoice, guarantee
letter, raw material test report, packaging list, material traceability report, lab test
report, etc. The TC including MTC as per EN 10204/3.1B, radiography test report, the
third-party test report is offered.
Product packaging-
Alloy Steel A182 F9 Forged Fittings are at the time of dispatching is packed into wooden
cases and carton boxes for safer delivering.
