Due to the presence of nickel content, its ductility is increased. On the other hand, the chromium content increases the corrosion resistance ability. Moreover, the nickel element maintains the austenitic structures. The annealing process turns the non-magnetic structure into the magnetic structure.
Due to its austenitic structure, its features like elevated temperature stability, cold forming properties, weldability, and corrosion resistance ability is increased. In general, it has higher corrosion resistance rates however, lower work hardening rates.
