Material testing-
Prior to the shipping of the
product the testing of the Stainless Steel 310s Forged Fittings is performed for
checking product quality. Hardness test, positive material identification test,
intergranular corrosion tests, pitting resistance test, mechanical/chemical test, and
flaring-flattening tests are conducted.
Documenting-
Fumigation certification, heat
treatment chart, quality assurance plan, packaging list, raw material test report,
material traceability report, guarantee letter are documents offered to the buyers.
Packaging-
To make sure that at the time of
delivering no harm are caused to it, the packaging is done in plastic cloth and then
into carton/plywood boxes.
