SS 347/347H Butt weld Fittings are columbium stabilized austenitic Stainless Steel having (UNS S34700) in a unified numbering system.
It has good general corrosion resistance and somewhat better resistance in strongly oxidizing environments than its standard grade. These pipe fittings have outstanding resistance to intergranular corrosion after exposure to temperatures in the chromium carbide precipitation range up to 800 deg F to 1500 deg F temp. These pipe fittings have good oxidation resistance and higher creep strength up to maximum temperatures. These also have the affinity to stand in down temperatures.
347 H is a higher carbon version of the alloy, originally it is designed for improved creep resistance and for higher strength at an elevated temperature up to 1000 deg F. This alloy cannot harden by the heat treatment process. However, cold working operation is performed to drive mechanical properties.

The tests followed by us are Mechanical properties testing, hardness test, tensile test, PMI test, micro and macro test, chemical composition analysis, hydro testing, destructive tests, and non-destructive test.
