Product details - Super Duplex Steel UNS s32750/s32760 valves are highly utilized in many industrial applications because of its long-lasting functioning, durability and exceptional finish features. These valves are generally used for controlling the high pressures and fluids that are conveyed from the system or process. These are an austenitic-ferritic stainless steel alloy valves offering excellent resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion. The chemical composition includes high molybdenum and chromium content ensures high thermal conductivity and tensile strength.
Due to excellent tensile and yield strength this grade exhibits excellent corrosion resistance in chloride containing environments. These valves are resistant to both organic and inorganic acids such as acetic, formic and chlorides. This grade also features fatigue, erosion and stress corrosion cracking resistance in high temperatures conditions. These possess superb mechanical properties and weldability.
Testing details - At our manufacturing premises, the products are thoroughly checked and tested on stringent parameters by our quality auditors to ensure the quality and strength of the product.
