These grades of flanges are both cold and hot formed through typical
fabrication practice. Even more, the welding of flanges are performed via MIG, TIG and other
welding methods to attain good weldability.
Before the dispatching the products we conduct several quality test and
inspection measures to check that the product is free from any type of error and defect.
These tests are like hardness test, micro/macro test, flattening test, PMI test, pitting
resistance test, radiography test. Other more tests are a mechanical test, chemical
analysis, IGC test, and flaring test.
On the special request of buyers, we offer documentation such as heat
treatment charts, commercial invoice, fumigation certificate, guarantee letters, and
quality assurance plan.
To preserve the product from severe harm and scratches throughout
shipping we suitably packed the products in wooden boxes, wooden cases, and pallets and
in shrink wraps. Even more, we pack the products as per the requirement of our clients.
