Inconel Alloy 600 Valves

These valves have improved corrosive resistance ability in strongly reducing environments commonly in halides, chlorides, and sulfurous media containing environments. These are weldable without (IGC) intergranular corrosion attacks. It has outstanding resistance to carbide precipitation or sensitization environments.

It has the strengthening agent that enhances its oxidation resistance properties. These are subjected to a cold working operation to achieve great strength. Inconel 600 valves are easily weldable and manufactured by all standard shop fabrication process.

Inconel 600 valves qualification tests - As a leading supplier, we perform different tests to superior quality valves. The tests ensure the workability and durability of valves. Initially, we perform material tests that include spectro analysis, ultrasonic test, macro test, radiographic test, positive material test, intergranular corrosion test, pitting corrosion test, and micro test. The destructive tests are a mechanical test, flattening test, hardness test, pressurize test, tensile test, flaring test, compression test and more.

Inconel 600 valves are supplied in the standard packing of wooden crates, plywood cases, cartons and pallets with the addition of a thin film of plastic. This adds protection from oxidation and rusting while exporting.
