What is the alloying chemistry of the grade?
It is a highly alloyed grade from the family of austenitic SS that is designed for the elevated temperature applications. It has the higher chromium and nickel content that allows it use to resists oxidation while performing in the continuous temperature up to 2200 deg F. In cyclic temperature, has can be used up to 1900 deg F. These pipes and tubes can resist scaling also have a low coefficient of thermal expansion. It has the high-level resisting elements further enhance oxidation resistance at cryogenic temperatures. In the carburizing atmospheres, its service life is reduced that also depends on the condition it is applied. Moreover, these pipes and tubes have superior resistance ability compare to lower grade composition alloys.

We use both hot and cold working process depends on the end properties required. We use the latest machines and equipment to drive off the production as per the norms set by industries. These pipes and tubes are annealed in temperature between 1900- 2050 deg F also it is cooled by rapid water quenching. This operation ensures it is not affected by the carbide precipitation range. This grade is easily produced without any difficulty.
