Material test-
The testing at the production plant
is essentially conducted in order to check how good the product quality is of Alloy 20
Forged Fittings. The test done are like PMI test, IGC test, macro-micro test,
flattening-flaring test, mechanical test, chemical test, pitting resistance test.
TC and documents-
The TC is offered are 100%
radiography test report, third-party test report, and MTC as per EN 10204/3.1B. The
documents like fumigation certificate, commercial invoice, heat treatment chart, quality
assurance plan, raw material test report, material traceability report, packaging list,
guarantee letter, etc.
